Bacterial: Helicobacter pylori stomach infection- evidence suggests that it is transmitted via an oral-oral route (through the direct or indirect exchange of saliva) or a fecal-oral route (through contact with unsanitized hands or surfaces, or the drinking of contaminated water).
Duodenal ulcer (ulcers in the lower part of the stomach (pyloric antrum) which connects the stomach to the duodenum (upper part of the intestine)- Symptoms occur two to three hours after eating.
