Smoking

There are several conditions one can increase the risk of having if one continues smoking:
  • Cigarettes contain many harmful ingredients over 4000 toxins!!!
  • Tar is the black sludge found in one lung when they smoke damaging the lungs lining and narrowing the airways
  • Carbon monoxide binds to the blood replacing some of the oxygen one breathes in, this is carbon monoxide poisoining!!!
  • Both and 3998+ toxins cause serious harm to your body
  • Increase chance of Meningitis

  • Increase anxiety and depression (it doesn’t help in long run!!!)

Restless leg syndrome
  • Sleep Apnoea/Hypopnoea (interrupting ones breathing or airflow during sleep, leading to snoring, anxiety, depression and low sex drive and other long term serious conditions)

  • Increase in blood pressure

  • Increased acceleration of hair loss

  • Increase middle ear infections

  • Cataracts (eyes)

  • Macular degeneration (eyes)
