  • Please note Oral fluconazole containing medication can interact with statin medication (used in high cholesterol patients) and warfarin.
  • 12-15 year girls should use creams (First should be seen by your medical doctor) as oral capsules and intravaginal product not recommended.
  • Please note miconazole and ketoconazole containing products can interact with warfarin and other blood thinning agents as well as cholesterol ‘Statin’ medication.
  • Creams may be less acceptable to administer to over 60 year olds.
  • Medicines can be used during menstruation if required and complete course.
