What is it?

A common form of skin cancer that does not usually spread .

  • It usually grows and progresses very slowly.

Cause

  • Sun exposure
  • Genetic
  • Colour of skin and eyes – Red hair, pale complexion and blue eyes
  • Skin type – skin that burns easily and tans poorly
  • Patients with weak immune system

  • Pink lesion vary in size?
  • Scaly skin lesion?
  • Ulcerated skin lesion?
  • Warty-like lesion?
  • Velvety surface lesion?
