What is it?

These are small vesicles blisters over the instep of foot and/or sole of foot that is caused by an allergic reaction to fungus called ‘Trichophyton mentagrophytes’.

  • A second lot of small vesicles blisters may occur at other parts of the body i.e. arms, hands fingers or chest.
  • It is common those to have long term ‘Interdigital’ athlete’s foot.

Symptoms

  • Vesicles (large fluid filled blisters) on sole or top of foot or between toes?
