Extreme tiredness
Muscle weakness
Menstrual changes, infrequent or light periods, absent periods
Loss interest of sex
Infertility
Heart palpitations
Warm skin/sweating, dislike to heat
Increase in thirst
Eye vision problems (double vision)
Tremor

Physical Signs

Loosening of nail in nail bed
A swelling in your neck (goitre) caused by thyroid gland
Heart rhythm and pulse not beating at same time/rhythm
Rapid heart beat
Shaking or trembling
Redness to palm of hands
Twitching on face and arms/legs
White patches on skin (vitiligo)
