A sudden rash that affects more in winter than summer.

  • A condition that affects most often affects men over 50.
  • It is less common in women or younger people.
  • The duration of transient is variable—from days to decades. It can come and go, often with a seasonal variation.
  • It may also become chronic (long term) and/or persistent.
