What is it?

Diabetes can affect one’s eye vision; this normally occurs when one has diabetes at a very advanced stage or if there diabetes is poorly controlled, it occurs because in diabetes one’s eye blood vessels get damaged and as with all organs blood is need for organs to be healthy.

Diabetic retinopathy can occur suddenly hence regular eye check ups are important.
